Founded in 1995 in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, China, Jack has grown from a small factory to one of the global leaders in the sewing machine industry. Jack Sewing Machine Co., Ltd. started as a small factory focused on reliable and cost-effective sewing machines, gradually expanding its product line and refining manufacturing processes. In the early 2000s, the company diversified and innovated, developing specialized machines for various textile segments. This led to global expansion, with Jack establishing a strong presence in markets like Southeast Asia, Africa, and Latin America. By the 2010s, Jack became a global leader in the industry, known for quality, innovation, and comprehensive after-sales support. Today, Jack continues to pioneer smart manufacturing and uphold corporate social responsibility, remaining a key player in the industrial sewing machine industry worldwide.
Jack Sewing Machine Co., Ltd. is a leading global sewing equipment provider, integrating intelligent service solutions for garment manufacturing, including fabric warehousing, inspection, cutting, and smart devices. The company serves diverse industries such as clothing, automotive, and aviation, owning brands like Bullmer, Maica, and V.B.M. Mr Fazle Karim
FM Business Associates, established by M Fazle Karim, began importing and promoting Jack Sewing Machines in 2004, becoming the first distributor to introduce the brand to the country and one of the pioneering partners during Jack's initial global expansion. The Chairman of FM Business Associates initially established the company's office in Dhaka. However, due to his mother's health condition, he relocated to Chittagong, where he strategically expanded the market. Over time, this move solidified FM Business Associates's strong presence nationwide, making it a key player in the industry. In 2011, the company was restructured and renamed Jack Machinery Import and Export to expand its business operations nationwide, including in Dhaka.
